The sun starts to appear in spring in some regions, and the desire to enjoy it is already there.

But as soon as the first rays of sunshine appear, it is important to protect your skin. 

Small reminder on the different UV of the sun:

UVA: Long: They reach our skin (95%), are responsible for immediate tanning.

UVB: Medium: They reach our skin with difficulty (at 5%), are responsible for "long term" tanning.

UVC: Short: They do not reach our skin because they are blocked by the ozone layer.

The basic rules:

For babies: no exposure at all before 3 years old! When going for a walk, leave your baby's t-shirt on, protect the uncovered parts of the body with a BABY SUN CREAM, don't forget the baby sunglasses because their eyes are very sensitive.

For children from 3 years old, limited exposure (avoid between 11am and 4pm) and supervised (hat, PEDIATRIC SUN CREAM, sunglasses for children...)

For teenagers: beware of the ACNE marks that can appear after exposure. Recent CICATRICES must be protected with a STRONG INDICATOR. Without this, the skin may not heal properly and irreversible marks may form.

Indeed, if you choose a sun protection whose smell or texture does not suit you, you will be less likely to reapply, and the harmful effects of the sun will then be present. 

On the contrary, if you apply your sun protection generously and regularly (even if it is not 100% natural), you will limit the risk of sunburn and irreversible damage.
