Curative and Preventive Approaches: 2 weeks before sun exposure: apply the treatment once a day. The first 3 days of sun exposure: apply the treatment every hour. From the 4th day to the 7th day: apply the treatment every 2 hours. Afterward: switch to Adaptasun Face Cream for Sensitive Skin 3 suns. Result: the skin gradually reacclimates to the sun.
