Joint and muscle pain? Our solutions

Joint and muscle pain?

Our solutions:

Let's start with a short walk:

Walking is one of the best sports. Not traumatic, easy and accessible to all, for all levels, it is one of the physical activities most recommended by doctors.

If you are suffering from menopausal problems, after cancer, after a shock or a surgery, walking is often your best ally.

However, joint and muscle pain can appear and prevent us from practicing our regular physical activities.

Our advice:

- Stretching: not to be neglected, even after "moderate" physical activities.

- Water: at least 1.5L per day.

- Hydration and intake of minerals and oligo elements (think of organic silicium and rehydration solutions).

- Warm the muscles before the effort with a cream or an oil containing essential oils such as wintergreen for example.

- Have a balanced pH. Yes, having a body that is too acidic will promote the appearance of tendonitis, for example. It is advisable to "base" the body either naturally through food or by providing a pH regulator.

- Knowing how to choose your food supplement: vitamin C as a general rule for athletes, or for light inflammations. Muscle relaxants to be taken after long training sessions. Naturally anti-inflammatory plants such as nettle, turmeric, harpagophytum...

Finally, in case of acute or persistent pain, do not hesitate to consult your doctor.
