First of all, you need to boost your body in winter. Avoid drastic diets, it is not the best season for detox! Doing a diet before winter is useful, but can weaken your body in cold weather.

Many fruits and vegetables as possible, think of citrus fruits, preferably organic, because they absorb a lot of water during their development. They are therefore potentially more absorbent of pesticides! The kiwi, a seasonal fruit very rich in vitamins and good for intestinal transit, will be your winter ally.

Keep up the sport in winter!

Jogging in winter is possible. Be careful with your equipment for running in cold weather. Prefer windbreakers, and don't forget to change immediately after your session to avoid cold spells. Even if you are less thirsty than in hot weather, don't forget hydration. Water, but also minerals!

Take advantage of every opportunity to get some daylight. No time to get some fresh air?

Take 10 minutes out of your lunch break to get some fresh air. Fighting against winter depression also requires a sufficient supply of natural light.

Finally, take advantage of the cocooning and restful moments at home to take care of your body and get a good sleep.

Take care of your feet with salt baths and moisturizing creams. Feet are sometimes put to the test in winter. Cold and windy weather also dries out your skin, so think about doing a moisturizing face mask once a week or so. Finally, lip balm and hand cream should always accompany us.
