Eczema, atopic skin, redness... the different skin pathologies

How to take care of your skin?

A varied and balanced diet, a low intake of refined sugar, but also a good hydration, are all essential to have a healthy skin.

Let's take the example of eczema, a pathology that is often chronic, it requires perfect hydration of the skin. Think of using a shower oil or a dermatological gel without soap for the hygiene of the atopic skins. Choose balms rather than a moisturizing milk or cream. Balms are thicker and more nourishing. Finally, limit the use of corticosteroid creams by alternating with a moisturizer for sensitive or atopic skin.

Fine lines, dehydration wrinkles, dryness, redness... all these small daily skin problems have different origins. Water with a high calcium content, lack of hydration, external aggressions such as cold, pollution... The important thing is to moisturize well, inside and outside. Drink enough, use a hygiene product adapted to your skin type, and regularly apply moisturizing creams or dry oils. Even in the case of acne, the skin needs to be hydrated. Do not hesitate to use a cream without oil, but have a strong hydrating power. On the other hand, jojoba oil, for example, is an excellent treatment for the scalp and irritated skin even in cases of acne because it does not grease the skin.
